Meital Margulis Lin 林雨夢
Founder & CEO
Living in Taiwan since 2011 with her Israeli-Taiwanese family, Meital has accompanied numerous Israeli delegations of tourists, business leaders, and academics.
She leads in-depth tours, lectures, and provides intercultural and business consulting for government bodies, private companies, and universities.
Meital holds an Honors BA in Asian Studies, Sociology and Anthropology, and an MA in Cultural Studies with a specialization in East Asian cultures.
She founded Taiwanit from a vision to bridge cultural, linguistic, and business gaps between Israel and Taiwan through tourism, education, and entrepreneurship.
Based in Taiwan since 2011, she is a cultural entrepreneur, researcher, author, and lecturer specializing in cultural intelligence and cross-cultural strategy. She advises government bodies, leading universities, and organizations, supports projects across tourism, business, and education, and serves as a board member of the Israel–Taiwan Chamber of Commerce. Guided by the vision behind founding Taiwanit—to build meaningful, long-term bridges between cultures—her work turns cultural insight into strategic clarity that helps leaders and institutions navigate complexity and achieve lasting success.

General Manager
Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, Or holds an MBA from the U.S. and brings extensive experience in international and government-led business projects.He has accompanied over 200 Taiwanese business groups across more than 30 countries, including Israel.Since joining Taiwanit in 2017, Or leads business consulting and development projects for Israeli companies in Taiwan.He believes in the strong complementary potential between Israeli and Taiwanese business cultures.
Born and raised in Taipei, Or holds an MBA from the United States and brings extensive experience in business development and international strategy. He has accompanied over 100 business and professional delegations across more than 30 countries, working across business, tourism, and the public sector. Having worked with leading companies in Taiwan, he specializes in market entry, cross-border collaboration, and bridging Eastern and Western business cultures—turning strategic vision into sustainable growth.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Ann lived in Israel in her 20s and studied design at Bezalel Academy, developing a deep connection to both cultures.Her background in design, writing, and years of living and working between Taiwan and Israel gives her a unique ability to translate subtle cultural nuances into well-crafted experiences.As the author of a published book on Israeli culture and a former independent studio founder working with international startups, she brings both cultural depth and practical expertise.Ann’s vision is to create meaningful cross-cultural collaborations built on trust, sensitivity, and long-term partnership.
Born and raised in Taiwan, Ann studied design at Bezalel Academy in Israel, building a strong foundation in visual thinking and creative strategy. With a background in design, writing, and business, she brings extensive experience working with international startups and independent projects. As the author of a published book and a former studio founder, Ann specializes in translating complex ideas into clear visual language through design, exhibitions, and branding combining conceptual depth with practical execution.

Rita Rogatovsky

Rita’s love for Taiwan began at the age of 14, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine and the philosophy of Laozi, and led her to study the language and culture deeply.In 2016 she moved to Taiwan for her MA in Chinese art history and later served as a public diplomacy representative at the Israeli mission in Taiwan.With over a decade of life experience on the island, Taiwan has become her second home.Today, Rita accompanies Taiwanit’s clients with professionalism and sensitivity, offering an authentic and unforgettable cultural experience.
Rita began her professional path through the study of Chinese language, culture, and art, later earning an MA in Chinese Art History in Taiwan. Since relocating in 2016, she has built extensive experience in public-sector and international environments, including serving as a public diplomacy representative at the Israeli mission in Taiwan. With over a decade of professional and lived experience on the island, Rita brings deep cultural and institutional insight, enabling her to manage complex projects with clarity, precision, and strong local understanding.
